Terms, payments, refunds, cancellations

Payments

 

50% of the cost of individual sessions must be paid for within 24 hours before your session commences and the balance paid at your session. This is non-negotiable, unless mutually agreed beforehand.

If you have booked a program or a course of sessions, a deposit of 25% of the full cost of the program must be paid within 24 hours of your program starting, and the balance paid at your first session. Again this is non-negotiable, unless mutually agreed beforehand.

 

Incentives for early full payment (within 7 days before your program starts) for programs of six or more sessions entitle you to a loyalty discount of 10% or one free session added to your program.

 

Payments can be made using bank transfer, debit or credit cards, Paypal or cash if we have mutually agreed to cash prior to your session(s)

 

Refunds

 

If for any reason whatsoever I am not able to offer your booked session(s), I will contact you immediately to rearrange your session(s) with you. Your payment will be carried over for those sessions.

 

If I am not able to offer you, or rearrange your chosen program and you have paid in advance, I will refund you the total amount you have paid.

 

Cancellations

 

Will you please notify me by phone, text or whatsapp as soon as possible that you need to cancel your session(s) at least 24 hours before your session(s)

 

If your reason for cancelling is genuine, i.e illness, family issues, etc, then your payment will be carried over to your rearranged session(s).
